Clarified butter is an exclusive product with an amber color, containing only milk fat (99.9%). It enriches dishes with the taste and aroma of butter, does not burn at high temperatures, does not soak into fried dishes and blushes them perfectly, therefore it is recommended mainly for frying and baking. Perfect, among others for: fish, meat, eggs, vegetables, mushrooms, pancakes, pies, donuts, pancakes, croquettes and baking cakes, preparing sauces and roux.
