Yellow shelled peas is a significant source of protein containing essential amino acids, which are not synthetized by the body and should be provided with the food. They contain minerals like iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. Moreover, they are also rich in group B vitamins, supporting the nervous system and preventing anxiety, depression and mitigating stress effects.
