The Staropolski garlic includes spices typical of Polish cuisine, incl. garlic, marjoram, cumin, chives or dill. They are commonly used in pork, lamb, game and poultry dishes. We can rub the mixture on the meat before baking or frying and add it to sauces, soups, vegetable dishes, mushrooms, eggs and cheese.
