Seppia Maccheroncini – small tubes (macaroni) of squid ink pasta that is black in colour from the addition of cuttlefish ink. Looks great with pale, creamy sauces or try with olive oil, garlic and prawns.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water, 2% squid ink.
