Beetroot with horseradish is a well-known and very popular, sweet and spicy salad. For centuries, it has been prepared from boiled beetroot, grated with the addition of aromatic horseradish, vinegar, sugar and salt. That is why the product made in the Kielce cooperative does not contain any unnecessary additives, canonically based on native culinary habits and tastes of Polish consumers. In addition to the “short” composition, it is also worth paying attention to the unique taste of the described novelty. Thanks to the high content of horseradish root (as much as 29%), it becomes a more interesting and definitely more expressive addition. The sweetness and exquisite character of beetroots is complemented by the spicy “aggressiveness” known (and liked) from Horseradish Luksusowy. The whole is complemented by its deep, appetizing color. The beautiful, beetroot color makes it look very attractive on the table.
