Carolina Reaper sauce – a line of very spicy sauces (Super Hot). Pepperoni peppers are only 500 units on the Scovillea hotness scale. 2 million on the Scovillea scale is the power of Carolina Reaper peppers – one of the most spicy peppers in the world. It’s very spicy and we added it to our sauce! Our sauce contains only 1.4% of it (dried peppers, which corresponds to 14% of fresh peppers) and its strength is enormous (3x greater compared to our Trinidad Scorpion sauce). The line of very spicy sauces (Super Hot) is intended for more adventurous consumers and fans of spicy additives. Carolina Reaper sauce is about 3x stronger than our Trinidad Scorpion.
