Pudliszki Tomato Concentrate 30% concentrate is simply cleaned and grated tomatoes, from which we evaporated 70% water. Due to the condensation, the concentrate will give the tomato sauces and soups an intense flavor, even if they are made of tomatoes or other tomato preparations.
