Uncompromised quality premium pasta. Our story began in Italy in 1898 when my family founded Pasta Zara, souring durum semolina from nearby fields to produce our pasta. To this day, discerning families over the world love the unique flavour and texture of Pasta Zara because our approach has remained the same. Working with local farmers, we optimize the rustic quality of our seeds to yield a high-performance durum semolina. At our mills, we grind it and blend it with water, followed by our delicate drying process.
