Marinated boletes have been the pride and decoration of our kitchen for centuries. “Black heads” are obtained from the areas of Bory Dolnośląskie, which are free from chemical sprays. Only selected boletes are used in the preserves, prepared to satisfy the most demanding gourmets of the undergrowth.
