The story of Prince Polo began at the small Olza factory in Cieszyn, founded in 1924. The factory takes its name from the river that flows through Cieszyn, dividing the city into Polish and Czech sections and marking the national border. It is in the Polish part of Cieszyn that Prince Polo has been produced continuously since 1955.
