Gingerbread cake in dark chocolate with lime-flavored filling
Excellent, spicy, long-ripening cake combined with a layer of lime filling and covered in exquisite, dark chocolate. At the Kopernik Confectionery Factory, some of the stages of preparing the Gingerbread Cake with lime filling are still performed by hand, hence its irregular, unique shape.
