Most commonly referred to as “medium” roast, a full city roast like Daybreak has a moderate level of body and emphasizes the sweetness present in the coffee. Truck Stop Organics’ Daybreak roast has a nutty, bright flavor with notes of greens. Because it is the lightest roast, the Daybreak has the highest caffeine content of our coffees, although less oil is present on the bean than a darker roast.
