Wheat matzo is a product of the CHABER brand, produced in the technology of baking bread flakes with a low water content. It is acid-free and fat-free bread, containing no preservatives. The composition of Maca and the method of its production refer to the excellent and simple home-baked so-called unleavened bread known to our grandmothers, i.e. flatbread.
