Garlic matzo is a durable product with low water content, obtained from wheat flour with the addition of dried minced garlic, flakes and salt by baking appropriately shaped slices of dough in the oven. The composition of Maca and the method of its production refer to the excellent and simple home-baked so-called unleavened bread known to our grandmothers, i.e. flatbread.
