BONA Thousand Island Sauce – a mild mayonnaise sauce with the addition of tomato paste, dried onion, pepper and a mix of spices. The sauce owes its exotic name to the region of origin (a chain of islands on the St. Lawrence River on the border of the USA and Canada), where the first recipe was developed. The use of the sauce is almost as large as the number in the name, we recommend it for nuggets, salads, sandwiches, tortillas, grilled dishes and fries.
