Honeydew honey from Polish apiaries
It contains more active substances, including biologically active iron, than nectar honey.
It is used in diseases of the upper respiratory tract and when the body’s immunity is reduced. It also supports the treatment of rheumatic, skin and nervous system diseases.
Honeydew honey from coniferous trees – may be grey-green, brown or even black in color, depending on the species of trees from which the honeydew is obtained. It crystallizes quite slowly, becoming lumpy. It has a slightly spicy smell, the taste is mild and not very sweet.
Honeydew honey from coniferous trees has anti-inflammatory, disinfectant and expectorant properties and has natural antibiotic properties.
