It is shortcrust, thin, porous bread, baked from dough containing: wheat flour, milk, yellow cheese, vegetable fat, raising agent and salt. It has a specific taste, without foreign aftertastes and odors.
They can be eaten with cheese, vegetables, flavored sauces, cold cuts, pâtés, butter, and sweetly with honey, preserves, jams, cottage cheese, or plain. It tastes good as a snack with beer.
