Cozonac is a classic Romanian brioche-bread dessert that is usually made with various nuts and/or choclate cremes.
Ingredients: Ingredients: white wheat flour, water, sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, walnut and cocoa filling 28% (sugar, walnut 24%, egg white, biscuit, water, orange peel, cocoa 1,5%, flavors, ethyl alcohol, potassium sorbate), egg yolk, inverted sugar syrup (glucose fructose), skimmed milk powdered, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and lecithin, natural yeast, iodized salt, flavours. The product contains: gluten. For a better preservation, keep the product in its original package, in a dry and cool place, away from the sun rays.
