 2 lbs Sweet Potatoes, Peeled and Cut into 1-inch Cubes
 ½ cup FERMA 7oz EXTRA BUTTER 82.5%
 1 ½ cups Granulated Sugar
 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
 ½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
 ¼ tsp Ground Cloves
 ¼ tsp O’Sole Coarse Pink Himalayan Salt
  cup Milk
 2 Large Eggs
 1 tsp Delecta 0.24oz Vanilla Essence
 10 Unbaked Pie Crust
Tips
 For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place the sweet potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them until smooth.

In a large bowl, cream together the FERMA 7oz EXTRA BUTTER 82.5% and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the mashed sweet potatoes, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and O’Sole Coarse Pink Himalayan Salt until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and Delecta 0.24oz Vanilla Essence. Add to the sweet potato mixture and stir until well combined.
