INGREDIENTS
 1 lb Slaska Sausage
 2 cups Urbanek Sauerkraut
 1 Large Onion
 2 Cloves Garlic
 2 tbsp Krinos Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 tsp Caraway Seeds (Optional)
 1 tsp Paprika
 ½ tsp Black Pepper
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ¼ cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
 Chopped Fresh Parsley

Slice the Slaska Sausage into rounds, you can slice it in half lengthwise before cutting into rounds.

To eliminate any excess brine and tanginess, drain and rinse the Urbanek Sauerkraut thoroughly. Make sure to squeeze out any remaining liquid.

Sauté Sausage and Onions

Heat up the Krinos Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a generously sized skillet over medium heat. Once heated, add in the sliced Slaska Sausage and let it cook until it is lightly browned on both sides. This should take about 3-4 minutes per side. After that, simply remove the sausage from the skillet and set it aside for later use.
