Christmas Ham Dinner

INGREDIENTS
 1 Bone-In Ham
¼ cup Biser Refined Sunflower Oil
 2 tbsp Kamis Dijon Mustard
 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 1 tsp Dary Natury Thyme
 ½ tsp Kamis ROSEMARY
 ¼ tsp Dried Sage
 Salt
 Pepper
FOR THE GLAZE
¼ cup FERMA Butter Vologodskoe 400g
¼ cup Woodstock Organic Brown Sugar
 2 tbsp Honey
 1 tbsp Kamis Dijon Mustard
 ½ tsp Ground Cloves
 ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
Prep Ingredients
1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (163 degrees C).

Kamis Dijon Mustard

2

Remove the ham from the packaging and rinse it under cold water. Pat it dry with paper towels.

3

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Kamis Dijon Mustard, Biser Refined Sunflower Oil, Worcestershire sauce, Dary Natury Thyme, Kamis ROSEMARY, sage, salt, and pepper.

4

Rub the mixture all over the ham, ensuring it's evenly coated.

5

Place the ham in a roasting pan and roast for 2 hours, or until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).

6

While the ham is roasting, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan, melt the FERMA Butter over medium heat.

7

Add the Woodstock Organic Brown Sugar, honey, Kamis Dijon Mustard, cloves, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the glaze is thickened.

8

After 2 hours of roasting, brush the ham generously with the glaze. Continue roasting for an additional 30-45 minutes, or until the ham is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.

9

Let the Christmas ham dinner rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
